West Beuchel Council Re-Elected Denison City Attorney

WDRB reports that the West Beuchel Council re-elected Tim Denison City Attorney, earlier this week.  I serve in this capacity to assist the mayor and the City Council on a variety of issues.  West Beuchel has had a series ongoing issues for quite some time.  Over the past several months, we are beginning to take steps to address and resolve them.

The residents of West Beuchel voted out several City Council members during the recent election.  This has helped to change the way many questionable situations originally started.  I’m working closely with the mayor, Brenda Moore, and the rest of the newly-elected council members to begin charting a new course for this area of Louisville.

I posted a previous blog about the role of a city attorney and the various issues I confront, in this capacity.  My focus as a Kentucky criminal defense attorney remains strong.  I decided to take on this additional responsibility, because I felt I could make a difference in the community of West Beuchel.  We’re on the way to doing it.
